2008 Fiat 500, Attempted Service Reset, Error Code 7F ?!

    Hi Trying to reset service on Fiat 500 2008, all fucntions are displayed on DS708 but any config. operations attempted are failing to complete "function not supported, error code 7F" tried service reset, mileage reset etc (instrument panel), all the same, then tried active test on fuel pump (engine management system) and still receiving error code 7F i have tried to find out what this means but cannot find the answer. Any help appreciated! Thanks, Sam

    Pls use our Datalogging function to record this problem and send it to our server....Then also, send me a picture showing "erro code 7F" , with the clear test path, to the support@auteltech.com.

    Hi What do i need to datalog? It seems not to be a fault with the car but a glitch with the software maybe? I expect that i am able to reset service interval on 2008 fiat 500? I am not able to carry out active tests etc either which is odd. I will send a picture of the problem to your email but please explain what i need to datalog! Thanks :)

    Hi, I have got your email. It is pretty easy to do a datalogging for you problem... When you start to do the test, click the Disk icon on the top of your screen, record all acts you do in DS708 till you got the wrong message, then stop record, report the problem to our server. ...Oh, pls make sure when you report this file to our server, your connection to internet is good.

    Hi, was this issue resolved? We have had a number of fiats in recently and have failed in our attempts to reset the service light with the same message as you were getting (error code 7F). Anything fiat based seems to be a problem. Thanks.

    We don't get this client's datalog file so we can't analyse this problem. If you can do a datalog for this problem ,we will be much appreciated.
